Sydney Four Link Bicycle Plan A scheme devised by cyclists for an arterial cycleway network for Sydney, consisting of an east-west link from the city to Penrith, with three north-south links stretching from the northern to the southern outskirts of Sydney

Sydney Cycle Hazard Reporter  Fill in the form and it sends an email to the RTA reporting any hazards you come across on your travels

Harris Cyclery  A great resource for any questions you might have on bike maintenance, right up to building your own wheels, as well as other interesting articles

Bicycling Australia  The online version of this magazine. Contains information of interest to the general cycling community

Travel with Bicycles  Thinking of taking your pride and joy on holiday with you? This site has information and people's experience of taking bikes on planes, trains and other forms of transport, as well as facilities provided at airports around the world

cycling.org: the global cycling network  cycling.org hosts an enormous number of emailing lists on any aspect of cycling which you can think of. The site has archives and details for every one of these lists
 



 
Mountain Biking

M T B AUS   A directory of websites related to mountain biking in Australia. Includes clubs, personal homepages, shops, commercial sites

Oz on Dirt  A good resource. Has all sorts of information on Aussie mountain biking. It also has a classified section so you can sell your stuff there.

The Fat Hippy's mtb, Blue Mountains rides & lights pages   A guide to some trails in the mountains as well as building your own lights for off-road riding. My own lights are based on this stuff

mtb-oz home page  The homepage of the mtb-oz emailing list. For any Aussie mountain biker the list is a great resource, as well as being good fun. several rides are organised each week in the Sydney area

Hans "No Way" Ray  Learn how to do lots of cool trials stuff from this legend of trials. Impress your friends, family and members of the opposite sex

[r i d e] magazine A pretty good e-zine from across the Tasman. Lots of good articles

Parks and Rec Trail Maintenance Want to create your our trails (with landowner's permission, of course)? This page details methods of trail construction and maintenance to minimise erosion and subsequent trail damage

UTS Dirt Pigs If you feel like being treacherous and joining another uni's MTB club, the Dirt Pigs will accept members who don't go to UTS. It's probably worth it just to be able to get the T-shirt with the pisstake on the "ROCK SHOX Racing" emblem, saying "DIRT PIGS Drinking"
